Women's Survivor Group - Winter 2012
Workshop Date:
Tuesday, February 7, 2012 - 1:30pm A 12-week therapy group for women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse and/or sexual assault will be offered in St. Catharines. This group will acknowledge and address the impact of this form of violence on women.
It will explore relevant areas of concern such as:
-Establishing safety through self-care and coping.
-Identifying triggers and managing flashbacks.
-Strengthening boundaries and self-trust.
-Enhancing self-esteem.
This confidential group will speak to the feelings of isolation, despair and fear, and strengthen bonds of connection and hope.
Date: Winter Group – February 7 - April 24, 2012
