MEN’S GROUP

Healing from Childhood Sexual Abuse

An eight week program for men who have experienced childhood sexual abuse will be offered in St. Catharines.  This group will acknowledge and address the impact of this form of violence on men.
It will explore relevant areas of concern such as:

• Learning to cope with stress.
• Identifying triggers and managing flashbacks.
• Strengthening boundaries and self-trust.
• Enhancing self-esteeem.
• Identifying healthy vs. unhealthy relationships

This unique experience for men will focus on learning, healing and letting go.
